2. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process personal data only to provide this website and its functions. Legal bases include Art. 6 (1) a GDPR, Art. 6 (1) b GDPR, and Art. 6 (1) f GDPR for secure and stable operation.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

Hosting is provided by Strato AG, Berlin, Germany. Server logs may include IP address, timestamp, browser, operating system, referrer, and requested resources for operation, security, and troubleshooting. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. Logs are usually deleted after 7 days.

4. Registration and Login via Google

We use Google Sign-In by Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin. With your consent, Google provides your account ID, name, email, and optionally profile picture for authentication and your user account. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR.

5. Payments

Subscriptions are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. Data processed may include name, email, payment details, billing address, IP, and device data for contract performance and fraud prevention. Legal bases: Art. 6 (1) b and f GDPR.

6. YouTube Suggest and YouTube API Services

KeywordsRocket uses the public YouTube Suggest interface to fetch search suggestions. Requests are made without user login and without personal identifiers. Displayed metrics such as volume, trend, CPC, and competition are estimates based on heuristic methods and third-party sources.

KeywordsRocket also uses the YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve and analyze public video metadata, including video IDs, titles, channel names, publish dates, and view counts, on the server side. This information is used only for anonymous keyword and trend analyses.

Processed data may include public YouTube video metadata, Google Sign-In data for authentication, hashed non-reversible IP addresses for security and abuse prevention, and the last 20 seed keywords searched by a logged-in user for history display. No private YouTube account or profile data is accessed or stored.

API responses are cached for up to 24 hours and then deleted or overwritten. By using KeywordsRocket, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Displayed values are independently calculated estimates based on public data. They are not provided, verified, or endorsed by YouTube and do not replace official YouTube metrics.

7. Contact, Cookies, and Retention

When you contact us by email, we process your details to respond to your request. We currently use no non-essential cookies. Technically necessary storage, such as session data or language preferences, may occur locally in your browser.

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the intended purpose or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it thereafter.

8. Your Rights and Security

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection under Art. 15-21 GDPR, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Contact: contact@keywordsrocket.com.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example in NRW, Germany: ldi.nrw.de. This website uses HTTPS/TLS and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data.
