1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of KeywordsRocket, a web app for YouTube keyword analysis, by visitors, guests, and registered users.

2. Binding YouTube Terms and Google Privacy

By using KeywordsRocket, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please also review Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Use of YouTube Data API Services

KeywordsRocket uses the YouTube Data API Services to retrieve and analyze public YouTube data, including video IDs, titles, channel names, publish dates, and view counts, on the server side. We do not access private YouTube account data.

API results may be cached for up to 24 hours per keyword and locale to reduce quota and latency.

4. Derived Metrics and Disclaimer

Metrics shown, including estimated search volume, 12-week trend, CPC indicator, and competition score, are independently estimated based on public YouTube data. These values are not provided, verified, or endorsed by YouTube and do not replace official YouTube metrics.

5. Accounts, Access and Fair Use

Google Sign-In is used solely to manage access, for example extended analyses. You agree not to misuse the service, including automated bulk queries, rate-limit circumvention, scraping, or sharing results with third parties in an unauthorized way.

6. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, such as keywords per search, or content at any time, including due to API quota constraints, maintenance, or policy updates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we operate with care, we provide no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, or market relevance of results. Use at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms, applicable laws, or YouTube/Google requirements are violated.

9. Privacy

Please see our Privacy Policy for information on the processing of personal data.

10. Governing Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your residence remain unaffected.
